Shweta was very responsive and really easy to work with that made the buying process so easy for us. My wife and I were extremely fortunate to have Shweta Khajanchi as our realtor. She thinks very strategically from a buyer and a seller standpoint at the same time and comes up with a win-win solution. She is a great negotiator, that helped us save thousands of dollars. Effectively communicated with us throughout the process that helped us stay on top of things every step of the way. She also provided support to us beyond just the transaction. From the first meeting till the closing process and actually I should say beyond closing too with some help we needed, Shweta was there to offer guidance and assurance, which made our experience a lot better. It was a no brainer, we decided to hire her for help with leasing our other property. She proved very knowledgeable in marketing it the right way and shared a lot of advice on how to get it done the right way. We just followed her guidance and she listed our property, conducted an open house for us. Guess what, we got several applications within a couple of days. She thoroughly screen the applicants and helped us choose the right tenant. While we were still in the process of moving to our new home and settling, this leasing process became such an easy task for us with Shweta’s involvement.       There are so many important steps and forms in the process of buying a home, that having Shweta's professional help was immensely valuable. She kept the process moving forward by providing timely communications to me and with the seller's agent. She's very knowledgeable of the home buying process and was always able to answer my questions. She emphasized important steps to others so they could be done on time. I had a 21 day close to buy a home and we were on time with our efforts. She went above my expectations by calling the city to ask building code questions I had to build an ADU and by negotiating the inclusion of a solar system without increasing the offer amount. She was very responsive all the time. I had a really good experience working with her and I'm glad she was on my team. I would highly recommend her.
